Location Highlights:
West Arm is in the northwest region of Lake Minnetonka, just east of Harrisons Bay and west of Coffee Cove. The homes on West Arm Bay are located in the cities of Mound, Spring Park, and Orono in the Mound Westonka School District. Real estate highlights in the area are Fagerness and Shaadywood Points. Fagerness Point is a beautiful residential area on the southwest side of the bay, the point tends to be quiet despite the booming restaurant in nearby Coffee Cove. Shadywood Point is an alluring community, homes on the point have a 270-degree view of Lake Minnetonka.

West Arm Bay is home to Rockvam Boat Yards Inc. they offer dock slips, marine services, all-season storage, boat rentals, and even have an attached boat club. Rockvam is a one-stop shop on Lake Minnetonka’s west side, docking at the marina comes with amenities like changing rooms, gas pumps, security, picnic tables, on-site parking, and access to electricity and fresh water.

Nearby in Coffee Cove boaters have access to one of Lake Minnetonka’s most popular restaurants, Lord Fletchers Old Lake Lodge. They offer boat parking, making it easy to grab a bite to eat at the Fletchers wharf, without losing sight of the water.
