Location Highlights:
Harrisons Bay is in the northwest region of Lake Minnetonka, south of Jennings Bay. Homes on the bay are in the city of Mound. Houses for sale on Harrisons Bay are located in the Mound Westonka School District and are minutes from Mound Westonka High School. Harrisons Bay has 3.5 miles of shoreline, and the bay is 215 acres. It is a popular location for recreational boating, swimming, fishing, and water sports. 

Water Quality:
Harrisons Bay has a C rating for water quality by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. The water depth in Harrisons Bay ranges from 4 to 30 feet.

Lake Access:
Harrisons Bay is home to Metro Lakes Marina and Rentals in Mound. The marina offers gas pumps and proudly sells the “cheapest gas” on Lake Minnetonka. The marina provides a variety of rentals during the summer, including dock slips, pontoons, fishing boats, jet skis, and paddle boards. In the winter, Metro Lakes Marina rents out ice fishing houses.

Amenities:
The shoreline of Harrison Bay is mainly residential, except for a fishing pier located in the southwest region of the bay. The Minnetonka Fishing Pier is a roped-off swimming area with an extended dock allowing fishers to trawl from land. Fishing is a popular activity on Harrisons Bay. During the summer, boats circulate, catching Largemouth Bass, Black Crappies, and Bluegill. While in the winter, ice houses line the bay from opening day until the first Monday in March. Nearby, in Seton Lake, boaters have access to the dog-friendly brewery Back Channel Brewing Co.
