We were moving cross country which in itself creates challenges. We were unsure of which area of the twin cities would be the best fit. We also had a set amount of time to view homes and close. Dan hand selected a number of homes based on our parameters (which were many). Dan then toured us through various areas of the cities and burbs. He is extremely knowledgeable about the integrity of each house as well as the pros/cons of the neighborhoods since he's lived in the area his entire life and knows real estate. We looked at dozens of homes before we found the right one, and throughout the process Dan remained helpful and positive. The home needed some renovation prior to move-in and Dan even coordinated subcontractors during our visit to meet with us at the new property. Above & beyond indeed.
