MUNICIPAL BOAT SLIPS

The City of Greenwood provides municipal dock slips, sailboat slips, and canoe racks, primarily for residents without lakeshore access. These facilities are located on and around Lake Minnetonka, including the St. Alban’s Bay docks and the Meadville sailboat and canoe areas.

To apply, residents must complete a waiting list application. Each household may appear only once per waitlist, per location.

Permits are issued annually based on the following priority order:

Previous year’s permit holders
Off-shore Greenwood residents on the waiting list
Lakeshore Greenwood residents on the waiting list
Non-residents on the waiting list
