Lotus Lake is located just outside of downtown Chanhassen. Despite its convenient location, the lake is often quiet, primarily used for fishing, and managed by the Lotus Lake Conservation Alliance (LLCA), which is a collaboration between two groups that have been working to preserve and improve Lotus Lake - the Lotus Lake Homeowners' Association and the Lotus Lake Clean Water Organization. The LLCA is committed to enhancing and protecting Lotus Lake and works to keep it a clean, healthy, and vital lake with usable beaches, clean lake equipment, and safe shorelines.
