Chanhassen

Chanhassen was incorporated as a city on May 8, 1967, but ascended to stardom when it became the home to musical icon Prince.  In 1984 the community along with other notable Minneapolis locations served as the backdrop for Prince's Oscar Award winning film Purple Rain.  Today Chanhassen is a growing city left behind with the mark of a worldwide superstar but the promise of a bright future.
